Age hardenable nickel chrome alloy. The endurance qualities are excellent with good fatigue resistance over the entire deflection range. This material is antimagnetic with high heat and corrosion resistance.
Inconel 718
Generally utilized in industrial applications with good strength, corrosion, and oxidation resistance at high temperatures.
Beryllium Copper
Outstanding material for Belleville Springs with strength properties comparable to steel. This material is resistant to numerous media and is good for low operating temperatures.
Phosphor Bronze
An alloy of copper and tin developed through cold working. Although strength values are lower than steel, this material is corrosion resistant and anti-magnetic.
17.7 PH
A precipitation hardening grade of stainless. Possesses high strength, corrosion resistant, highly immune to intergranular cracking and sulphide pitting.
301, 302, 316 Series Stainless
Chromium-nickel stainless steels. Tough and ductile with trace magnetism due to cold working for strength.
1075, 1095
High carbon steel hardenable to Rockwell C40-50 (1095 Grade). Contains a high carbon content providing increased hardness in a variety of applications.
6150
Low alloy vanadium steel. Increased tensile strength without reducing ductility. Strong, tough, hard, and increased shock resistance.
