Experimental samples are not furnished gratis. All tools remain our property, and tool charges do not convey the title thereto or the right to remove them from our shop. Quotations are subject to change without notice. All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. Right is reserved to correct stenographic or typing errors.
Purchaser agrees to accept either overage or shortage not in excess of ten percent to be charged for pro-rata. Purchaser assumes liability for patent and copyright infringement when goods are made to Purchaser’s specifications. When the quotation specifies material to be furnished by the purchased, ample allowance must be made for reasonable spoilage, and the material must be of suitable quality to facilitate production.
Conditions not specifically stated herein shall be governed by established trade customs. Terms inconsistent with those stated herein, which may appear on the Purchaser’s formal order, will not be binding on the Seller.
Merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization from the Seller. Claims for unsatisfactory merchandise must be filed with us within ten days of receipt of shipment.
As part of our effort to manage rising operational costs, we will implement a 3% surcharge on all credit card purchases effective August 1, 2024. This surcharge is being introduced to offset the increasing costs associated with credit card processing fees, which are beyond our control.
If you require certifications for the material, these can be provided for an additional charge. Please inquire regarding pricing.
NOTE: Our products are warranted to be free of material defects and/or faulty workmanship. The limit of our liability in all cases is the free replacement of defective parts. In no case are claims for consequential damage admitted since we cannot control possible misapplication.
